If Barack Obama is given the short-shrift by the Democrat party, it seems there may be a window of opportunity for winning over open-minded african americans to fully embrace independent and conservative values (which in some areas of life many already hold very strongly).  The democrat "plantation" has done nothing good for them as a group, so it may be time for a "Contract with Black America" to break the monolith that is the American Black Democratic vote.  Run by JC Watts rather than Newt Gingrich, perhaps with the help of Bill Cosby (ok, potentially problematic), this contract would include a strong push for school vouchers in inner cities (help families in failing socialized school systems), legalized marijuana and release of non-violent drug offenders.  This is a winning idea, an would mark a watershed moment in US politics (reversing the tide of our trend toward statism/socialism by marginalizing the modern democrat party) if conservatives are bold enough to make it happen.  This sticker was made with ideas like this in mind.
